Our Approach

Oasis in Sasan, the site context is Devaliya park, and no other amenities at that time. Client is very ambitious and futuristic to attract people from main hub Sasan to the place in Jalonder, Maliya.

Over all design was made to put a milestone, to know place by our project. So we made remarkable and high-end resort with possible amenities and quality of work. Its been designed in way Few of our historic Indian structure, where you don’t see entire place from its entrance but, journey just begins with. Front restaurant, game area, reception, banquet hall and other create large mass to impress the customer and giving great welcoming feel. Gradually they visit their own accommodation and other areas. The site is offering three distinct level of activities and keeping the local culture in mind, we gave the front lowest level – public, the middle level and terrain – semi public – cottages and last highest terrain private – pool and suite room.

The entrance lion paw jail was specially designed from actual mould, and replicated randomly to have play of light and shadow at entrance. Complete property is accessible by specially able people by ramp. The requirement compared to available land was limited and used judicially optimum to accommodate all services and staff on site. This also carry solar to have its own power generation and tower to allow range and internet access to meet today’s requirement. Special pool for children and play area makes it complete family place to visit and sloping room gives the calmness with expectation tourist visit.
